Upon arriving at 5 Elements Inc, every client will be asked to fill out a client intake form. This form asks for your basic information, medical history and what your goals are for your session. This is a great time to take a minute and make sure that the therapist is made aware of any issues that you want addressed or conditions they need to be made aware of.

During the consultation the therapist will ask questions to get better clarity on what is written on the intake form. Next a comprehensive body analysis is done where we analyze the patterns that may be leading to your aches and pain. If you are getting therapy for an injury we will discuss that in detail during this step as well.

After analyzing the information in step 2 a massage is designed specifically for you. Your input is always welcome and useful in order to get desired results. You can wear as much or as little clothing during a massage as you choose. *All clients will be properly draped according to Illinois state law.

After you finish your massage and get dressed the therapist will talk to you about your experience. We will find out if the goals of your massage have been met and schedule additional appointments if requested. After that we give you some self-care tips to help you stay active and healthy.
